About me

I’ve been in the creative industry for over seven years and am a key part of the Studio team at Burson in Dubai. Over the years, I’ve worked on various communication and branding projects for clients across the Middle East. Creativity and design are at the heart of what I do, helping to strengthen client relationships and boost collaboration within our team. My expertise goes beyond branding and design, I also focus on creative concept development and art direction for major projects.

Before joining Burson, I was an event manager for major events like the F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Dubai Rugby Sevens, and Splash FFWD Runway shows. That experience led me to discover my passion for design and art direction, which inspired me to study Visual Communications with a major in Art Direction at Stellenbosch Academy of Design in South Africa.

Since joining Burson, I’ve worked with incredible clients, such as Surf Abu Dhabi, COP16 Riyadh, ADNOC, AIQ, Aramco F1, Coca-Cola, Ford, and Mubadala. 

I’ve been recognized in the region for my creative leadership, including winning Silver at the Dubai Young Lynx 2025 and being a shortlisted finalist for PRCA Young Lions 2024. In 2023, I was also selected alongside 20 other talented candidates from the MENA region to take part in the prestigious Dubai Young Lynx Academy.

I’m basically the human version of Nando’s—a 50/50 mix of South African and Portuguese, and yes… I absolutely love peri-peri chicken.

Before I turned 14, I had already lived in five different countries. (South Africa, UK, Azerbaijan, UAE, & Oman) That experience shaped who I am today, giving me a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. Traveling from such a young age exposed me to so many ways of thinking, which has had a huge impact on my creativity. I’ve been based in the Middle East for the past 18 years, and one of the biggest advantages of my international background is how it allows me to see things differently in every creative process and solution I work on.

Outside of work, I’m always up for an adventure—whether it’s hiking, camping, playing padel, or trying something new. I also love movies, Pilates, and, of course, traveling.
